Windstorm ripped the entire rack off the top of my car damaging the car behind me. Am I liable? - car top rack

The Board had further warnings before you travel. The storm had broken a few small trees. I am not sure if this vehicle is rare as a drive. I am under Australian law. Is it an "act of God"?

It was his duty, the desire (and constraints to see) have been adequately protected. There was a storm is largely irrelevant whether a tree uprooted under (in fact, taken for example) and load your car.
A police report was?
If you accepted responsibility, or have a negative report from the police, has problems. Maybe anyway.
You should not be on the road, without insurance, so that many open spaces.
